We use the information you submit solely to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a subscriber, to deliver your intelligence service. Specifically:

• To follow up by phone or email if you indicated interest
• To deliver your weekly intelligence digest if you subscribe

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third-party marketing partners. We do not add you to any list without your consent.

Form Submissions and Third-Party Processors

Our contact form is processed by Formspree, a third-party form handling service. When you submit the contact form, your data is transmitted to Formspree's servers and forwarded to our email. Formspree's privacy policy is available at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy. We retain form submission data in our email system for as long as it remains commercially relevant.

Hosting and Infrastructure

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may collect standard server log data including IP addresses, browser type, and page request times as part of normal infrastructure operation. This data is governed by Cloudflare's privacy policy. We do not independently log or store visitor IP addresses.

Email Communications

If you submit the contact form or reach out directly, we may follow up by email. You can opt out of any further communication by replying to any email with the word "unsubscribe" or by emailing katy@thefrmwrkco.com. We will remove you from all further outreach promptly.

Data Retention

We retain contact form submissions and email correspondence for as long as there is a legitimate business reason to do so. If you request that we delete your information, we will do so within 30 days, subject to any legal or contractual obligations that require us to retain certain records.

Your Rights
